Dish Network

Two years ago, I signed up for a two-year contract with Dish Network (satellite tv). What I didn't know at the time was that Dish Network was on the AFL-CIO's 'Do-Not-Patronize List'. So, after learning this, I began my cancellation countdown. Then, finally, on May 18th, 2012 (exactly two years into my two year contract) I cancelled Dish : ) When asked my reason for cancellation, I clearly explained that, when I had initially signed up, I was unaware that Dish was on the AFL-CIO's Do Not Patronize List and that, after learning this, was committed to cancelling at the end of the contract.
